The 808 Rippa: Music has always been big part of Jack's relationship with the ocean and bodyboarding and the 808 Rippa's spirited red, yellow and green tri-cut deck pays visual respect to one of Jack's favorite musicians Bob Marley. Jack's lifelong interest in design and innovation are showcased in this boards unique parallel double concave channel running approx 25" wide and 12" up from the tail. Jack notes, "It is a new kind of hybrid bottom, the board "thinks" it is a flat bottom at first and then the water hits those short channels at the end and well, the proof is in the pudding. My first session out I got a sick deep in and out barrel prone then a little later got a sweet in and out tuberide frontside DK. Best rides in a long time."
