Email info@thefoamco.comwith return request. Include your name, order number, and description of item. You will be issued a RA# (return authorization) to put on the outside of the package you are shipping back. RA# is good for 2 weeks.
Ship item back to The Foam Company, 70 E. Kaahumanu Ave Unit A-10, Kahului HI 96732. We will not be liable for return charges or items that are lost or damaged in transite, so please be sure to insure your return.
